Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, Carter Baeza is no stranger to the business. His mother was a successful agent, and his father was the No. 1 agent at a major international firm before the Great Recession. Some of Carter’s earliest memories include attending listing appointments, closings, and meetings, which laid the foundations for his natural real estate acumen.
Born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida, Carter and his family relocated to the Emerald Coast in 2018 after his older brother and role model suffered severe injuries from a car accident. This experience altered Carter's perspective of the world and taught him valuable lessons in critical thinking, patience, and the impact of never giving up.
Before real estate, Carter worked in the restaurant industry for three years, where his passion and drive led him to become a head chef at a multimillion-dollar restaurant. His ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures made him a great team leader, and his motivation and emotional compassion were essential elements of his team’s success.
Motivated by his love of helping others, Carter realized the impact he could have on a larger scale by assisting people to achieve their greatest real estate goals. As a Realtor®, Carter brings his life lessons of resilience, perseverance, and genuine care for others to help his clients with any real estate need.
In his free time, Carter enjoys surfing, working out, and mixed martial arts, which he has been practicing for more than 15 years.
